ASP Image Upload & Resize(repost)

I need an ASP image file upload script to allow users of my site to upload images (jpgs & gifs only) to a folder on my webserver. The script must restrict the user to JPG or GIF extentions only and also restrict the upload size to 500KB. In addition it would be nice if the script to detect and avoid same file names/extentions. Once the file is uploaded to the server, the script needs to be able to create a 100 X 100 thumbnail of the image and add tbn to the file name. (Example, if the file upload is [login to view URL] then the thumbnail image would be called [login to view URL]) Both file names (including extentions) must then be passed/written to a SQL database or at least setup to be passed to another script which will write the file names to the database. I do NOT want a component such as DLL or EXE as this site is not being hosted in house. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Server: Windows 2003 Server IIS 6 and SQL Server 2000 Client: Any Windows OS; IE5 and up.
