ASP Script / Website needs small tweak

I have a site that was originally developed in ASP ([login to view URL]). I have duplicated the website ([login to view URL]) on a new server (Godaddy) and since I duplicated the website and moved the new copy to Godaddy the site / program is no longer able to send out emails as it was before. I have looked into this problem and know that the issue revolves around 2 pages of script and I need someone to make this work so that its sending out emails again. I have my outgoing mail server setup with Gmail and have all of the outgoing (smtp) server information. I have also created a new look for this website and need to move some boxes around to make the site look and feel different. I will need your help in implementing the new design. I could do this myself, but I figured it would be easier for someone that knows what they are doing, and that can do it quickly.
