ASP graph creation

We need a specific dynamic graph in ASP done. Coder has almost free choice of charting tool (retail price of the chart must not exceed $1000, flash chart is preffered).
We will supply dataexamples (dates) for the coder to implement in the chart. This data can be delivered as Access, excel, sybase or MS SQL database.
The dynamic chart must be well designed and visually appealing.
This is not an easy task, as the chart required involves creating a "timeline" of data (date/time) at irregular intervals and the graph itself should have points on the x-axis at regular intervals.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
The program needs to run on an IIS 5.0 and above.
