I have an existing application developed in ASP.net , Flex and SQL Server. I need a developer to make changes in it . I do have all the source code. I need a per hour rate from a team who can work for me in a model in which i send the work on daily or ( occasional basis) and get it done immediately and uploaded on my servers.
