Add a Multi-Language RTF Editor to a Website

Please sign up at [login to view URL] and study the invitation system. Send an invitation to yourself. This site is written in ASP. Currently, invitations can only be sent in English. We would like to add a multi-language RTF editor to the invitation section so that users would be able to send invitations in a language they choose. And receivers should be able to read the invitations in the language that they were sent. We have a multi-language software (~ 35 languages in a drop down menu) written in Java that we want imbedded in the site. Customization of the software will be required. Therefore, please bid only if you have excellent background in Java (and Java related programs) and ASP (ASP.net). We will supply the software link to down selected coders. Please explain how you will be working on this project in detail. How long it will take you to complete the task, how much your payment will be and if you have an alternate way to do the task.
