User fills Keywords into section: (or user has option to put in a website address and automatically keywords are sucked out of the metatags, and listed in a box. The user then can choose the keywords from this box by double clicking and it will automatically be inputted into the space where Keywords are supposed to be inputted.) Then the user clicks on Find Affiliates. The robot or crawler then searches across the Top search engines to find all websites with matching keywords or content. The websites are found and the robot/crawler then crawls through the website and finds the webmaster or contact info. The crawler also finds out how much traffic the website is getting either via Alexa or other sources. Then All websites are listed with their urls, contact name if possible, and email address, website ranking in traffic (hits), and in search engine ranking. Then user has ability to press button Email, and it delivers an email to all the affiliates. User Options: [login to view URL] has ability to fill in Email to be sent out before it searches or after. 2. User also is able to click the option for the software to send emails as soon as it finds affiliates automatically or can choose the option that will allow him/her to delete websites he doesn’t want to email. If user clicks option to check websites before emailing…the website list created has more options ….it provides the title and description of the website, and keywords. So user can choose he feels it is relevant enough to the website. 3. User can also narrow the search with the option of only choosing to list websites with a specified search engine ranking or traffic status. 4. As the crawler brings up websites with matching keywords it lists in a special box other keywords found on the websites, and then the user has the ability if he/she wants to double click the new keywords he/she feels is relevant to their website and then can start searching those keywords. Keywords keep adding up till they are either cleared or deleted. 5. After user is done with website listing and has all emails….he/she can save the Keywords in a file or can even save the whole list in program. 6. Also the user has ability to upload the list of emails to a special auto-responder that will be created to send follow ups to list.
