Change log / Bug Tracking System

- ASP / SQL / IIS / OR APACHE WWW / MYSQL integration. I want this to run via a web browser, it should be compatible with many different web browsers / web servers if possible. - This database should be multi-user, and only an administrator of the database can create new users. - The ASP script should save the data on the web page every couple of minutes in case the web browser crashes, the user should be able to go and then open up the page and get the data he/she was working on again. - There should be an administrator console login available to change database settings, add/remove users, and set other database items. - There should be a way for all users to list the bugs in the database by date search, or modules, or version name/number. This way they can review the software at meetings, or before a project. - The Comments section should be able to be listed searched and printed so the technical writers can then go and document the software. Also programmers will be able to put in limitation explanations to the software, so the management will have a better idea of what does/doesn't work. - There should be user definable categories for the users to collaborate better. So that a sub-layer of change logs can be viewed. The code should include comments in english.
