Chatroulett function like site

Hi, I need a site just like chatroulett. Simple and staight forward. There are several scripts available, so I am looking for a programmer to ad matching possibilities to the site (I am...... and I seek ...., Or I am doing........ and I am intrested chatting with.....). So normally, if I am a boy, the script shows me chat partners who inserted into the script that they want to see only boys, and vice versa. The site here needs up to to ten different matching functions. Also there will be an access limitation to the site. This will most likely done through email.
