The application will be developed in PHP and AJAX, using a MySQL database. I reviewed the websites you gave as examples but I don't really like their design and functionality. My suggestion is to create a modern web 2.0 design with AJAX effects (no page reloading) contained in the popular jQuery Javascript framework. The code will be 100% W3C valid. I can implement sollutions like: newsletters, PDF export, CSV export, Word export. I can even parse data from websites of different companies to automatically get data you want about them. There are a lot of functionalities that I can implement that will help you create a good web application. I can implement lots of functionalities like custom language files. Any person will be able to dynamically create a language for your website using the admin panel. You just have to write text into inputs. Your application will be 100% hacker&spam secure. I can create a custom forum, blog, gallery. Users will be able to share their complaints on Twitter, Facebook or other popular social websites in Angola. Please note that an application like this requires about 40 days to develop and adequately test. I require no payment upfront. You will pay after milestones will be completed. I estimate about 4-5 milestones: 1) 75% of design & 5% of programming; 2) 100 % of design % 30% of programming; 3) 100% of design and programming; 4) testing. You will pay only when after these milestones will be completed. Also note that the timezone difference between Angola and Romania is two hours. We can talk everyday. I even have knowledge of the French language and I can understand Portuguese with the help of dictionries. I think I will be working with about two programmers to finish your project in time.
