Develop copy of existing asp website (source code not available) on new domain

We have a simple e-comerce website using asp that was developed by a company. Unfortunately? although we? use the site -? that company owns the domain and? the website. We need a copy of the site developed with the same functionality and design? - we own all the artwork. Then hosted on a domain that we own and also get the complete source code to allow easy changes and transfers in the future. We will also need? a simple mechanisem ? so we can more easily upload product details to the website - e.g. direct from an excel spreadsheet. ## Deliverables We need this completed ASAP - within the next 1-3 weeks.
