We have a software that tracks when a worker enters and leaves our office. Each worker in order to enter or leave the office must slide a card in a reader. It is possible that receptionist also open the door with a button. All this information is saved in the software.
Problem is that software is very old and only gives raw data without any possibility to make queries or graphs.
In our internal network we have a web server with SQL server 2000. We also have Sharepoint 2.0.
We basically need to build an internal website that could give us the option to enter easily the data and that could give us all reports that we want with the data.
In attached more specifications about what we need.
Provider should use SQL server 2000 Database, it is optional to use .ASP or .NET. It is also optional to integrate the website to be build with Sharepoint 2.0. If provider does not use Sharepoint, it should create a user-password login entrance for the pages described in attached document.
Also, Provider must have his own server where he can upload the pages, so we can test it there, only when it is fully tested, we would request provider to send us source code for our server.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
