asp.net file, generating modified images on the fly(resize, crop, etc)

On our website, we offer a tool, allowing users to enter the parameters to resize, crop and rotate the displayed image (jpeg, gif). With a JavaScript function we formulate and apply a new src for that image, calling an ASP.net file, passing the necessary parameters in the query string. We need the image processor in form of an asp.net (2.0) file, running on the server, generating the modified image on the fly according to the passed parameters and returning it to the browser. The modified image has to be stored to the server using the parameter "store=" The parameters in detail: Pic: any path on the server, holding the original image plus the name of that image Resize: newWidth, newHeight Crop: offsetX,offsetY,newWidth,newHeight Rotate:direction,angle Store: any path on the server plus the name of the modified image E.g. src="[login to view URL],30,120,160&resize=240,320&store=anypath/[login to view URL]" The slashes in the paths can of course be exchanged with a different letter ( _ ), to avoid URL-decoding. This is just the first job in a planned series of utilities, we would like to incorporate into our site. They will all be based on [login to view URL] files, but may also incorporate more detailed VB.net programming, than this first job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .NET 2.0 on a Windows server 2003 using IIS 6.0
