A directory and planner website

The website is to allow businesses to advertise on their own page with full details of their service including a gallery of photos and contact details. The businesses will require their own login to be able to update their page whenever they like. I will also need the capability to allow them to pay for their membership through the site. Users of the site can browse for free and are then able to add any of the businesses to their planner which will track their progress in planning an event and hold the details of all the businesses they are considering. They can then click on the link to take them back to the individual page of the business. users should be able to filter by location, category and other specialisms. Users will also require a login to save their information on the planner. The planner should also be able to send notifications to their e-mail reminding them to undertake activities they have booked in their diary. I will need a CMS system, database and would preferably like to build in PHP although I do not mind ASp.Net as well.
