Advanced E-mail Checking Program

This program will run in the system tray and will have the ability to check e-mail on one or multiple e-mail accounts (POP3/IMAP) An example of a similar program called ePrompter can be found here: [login to view URL] I will need it to be able to support all accounts such as ePrompter does. For instance Yahoo, Netscape, Hotmail, Gmail, etc. Please refer to above site for the complete listing. In addition I would like to support generic IMAP accounts. For instance a domain you own. I need this program to have all of the features that ePrompter has for instance, creating and sending e-mails, supporting HTML format in mail messages, and opening attachments. In addition to just checking all mail messages, I want to be able to check the fields of the new incoming e-mails. For example if the Subject line, Body, TO, CC, From, or Everywhere contains “test??, then I would like the program to notify the user. The different ways I would like to notify the user are: 1. The computer will play a sound upon receiving the message. 2. The computer will use TTS to read the mail message. 3. The program will send a text message of the e-mail to a user’s phone. 4. A message box will appear. 5. A popup will appear on top of the system tray. 6. Flashing icon in the system tray. I would like to support different HTTP proxy options. I will need the source and installation package (Including the TTS package) all bundled up ready for distribution. LANGUAGES: I ONLY WILL ACCEPT EITHER C, C++, or Visual C++ Only serious bidders please. With each bid, please include a project similar to this. I would like you to design the interface to be nice and clean looking. I have graphics I would like you to use with the interface.
