Android app (Image Modification)

=> Please only apply if you have experience in similar projects <= Please provide some info about your programming background/apps you developed/etc. I'm looking for an experienced Android developer to develop an image modification app where user can squeeze/wobble the selected areas of image like at this example video - <[login to view URL]> Basically after the welcome screen, the users will be able to take a photo using the camera or choose from their existing photo gallery. When a photo is taken/chosen, they define areas where effect will be added and then users can "wobble", "squeeze", "touch", "stretch" the selected areas where effect has been added. The interface, navigation and design must be clean, intuitive and attractive. In the future, we need to be able to deploy this app to multiple platforms.
