Auto submitter to social bookmarking sites

The project I want to create is a system that will automatically submit my sites/pages to atleast 60 -100 (100+ will give bonus) social bookmarking sites, like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] and others. What I want is that : - There is part of the system where I can save my password and username to all social bookmarking site included in the system. Meaning I need to signup to all those social bookmarking sites manually first then will save them in the system my user name and password. - Then the system will allow me to enter my site/page title, description, url, tags, and other information required by social bookmarking sites. - A submit button that when I click this button all the information I entered will be submitted to all social bookmarking sites included in the system, if not login yet then it will automatically login to the social bookmarking site and then submit the information to the site. - There should be a report indicating if the information was successfully submitted to the social bookmarking site. - I have also an option to select which social bookmarking site I want to submit my site/page. Here is sample site that providing auto bookmark to give bidders an idea what I want, http://www.onlywire.com. I want an auto bookmarking desktop program where I can bookmark my site automatically to the following social bookmarking sites.... Not necessary all but atleast 80% of them. I have attach the list of the bookmarking sites. The winning party must agree that he will not sell any copy of it to anybody else. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I prefer windows xp plat form and it should work in my pc desktop and should not require IE 7.0 or higher but supported.
