I have attached some screens so you can follow along with the description I have put here. Please download zip file. We would start with a gui with a sidebar, and top menu it would only have a Main, on the left bar & New Order, a window where I can view all orders, and filter them to find onewhen New Order is clicked, a screen where my employees can choose their name from a drop down box would appear, after they select their name, Info Page window (customer information) will pop up Here user will enter a company name, and if it is already in the system, will populate their informationotherwise, user will enter all the information, and click on Save, then will go to next screenwhich is missing, where user can choose the type of Service requested by the customer**,** after selecting Service, it will go to the next window (order page 1), and they will select the info and type what is neededafter filling in this window, they will choose whether they want to add another product (service) or finish the transaction if they choose another, (example order page 2) they will start over with choosing a Service and so onif they choose to finish the transaction, the next window will be (Example Totals Page) and then the user will need to enter some more info at the bottom of this window, such as Deposit, (drop down field) for Payment Type, and Check Number (only if check is selected), it will automatically give an order number at the top right of page if they click on Save & Print or Save Only, and then will give user the option to Save and Print, Save Only, or Cancelif user chooses to Print and Save, then it will print a single sheet for every Service chosen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Proffesional. This application must be made in Delphi or C++
