Backend Magento work on advanced custom options

I have no idea if I have picked the right skills for the job, but I need someone to add a simple field to my custom options in my magento store backend. Right now I have an extension called advanced product options. It allows me to add a price to a custom option, but I want to have a field to add a regular price, and a discounted sale price.
