Balanced binary search tree / C++

I need a function that takes a sorted linked list of entries and produces a balanced binary search tree. I need both the function and a test program for it. *this is a project I won but because I can't send it due to a harddisk failure and because I have to prepare for an exam I can't do it on time so I need this within 12h. The first one that will bid with a working example (compile the exe and attach it) will win the bid. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
