**Counter
**Counter will be a program that explores all the possibilities of programs in a computer. The exact way of how to do all this is not yet known, so advice is welcome. It looks a bit like genetic programming because programs are being generated in such a way that randomness is an important part of the process. The difference is that I do not want the computer to evaluate the programs, I want to evaluate the programs myself. The only thing the computer has to do is to check if the program contains dangerous instructions that could damage the hardware, if that is the case then the program will be deleted.
**Programs can be created in one or all of the following ways** (in order of preference)
1. File A + file B = file C.
2. Generating programs by shaking up instructions, symbols and data at random.
