Create IE Toolbar

I would like to give the members of my site a professional addition to their IE toolbar. I would like to add a partial/full toolbar that does the following: a) My logo with a login button. The login would pass their login name and password to the signin so they could get instantly on. This informatin would be taken from my server's DB when this is installed. Password is first sent to member's email so password would have to either be entered in manually be user or preferably be updated from the server automatically (this would then capture user changes to password) b) Icon to flash when new mail has arrived c) Icon to flash when their buddies come online d) Icon to flash when a person matching certain profiles are found. (i.e. each member has a saved search with preset criteria that can be run with a sql command. When a new result occurs, the member is notified by a flashing icon and is brought to a particular page of the site.) e) icon called "Get 10 days free". Members click here and can enter the name and email address of a friend and executes a VB program on my server to send an email to those people inviting them to the site on behalf of the member. f) dropdown quick navigational buttons that bring the member directly to the page of my site he wants to go. f) no plugins - Preferably no popup warnings are going to come up when the install is about to take place. Each of these buttons would need sql calls to my DB in order to get the informatin to start flashing. Features I would like to have: a) automatic update from a configuration file so that I can change a button to a different promotion. a) must be easily deletable from their explorer b) appearance must be extremely professional (i.e. google) c) counter so I can see how many have it installed (if thats possible) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Internet Explorer 5 or later
