CD/DVD Ripper/Burner Framework

We need a universal C/ASM written CD Ripper and CD/DVD Burning Engine... to be added into our windows, linux desktop media library application. So more specifically, what I am asking for is more like a Ripper/burner framework rather then a 'whole' GUI. We need to be able to plug this into our Media Library for Ripping audio (CDA) and converting them to MP3/MKA files as well as support for burning a playlist to CD/DVD (similar to how WMP 10 does it with its 'Rip' and 'Burn' tabs). Think of this is two phases of work to be paid for... In phase one we are asking for the application in standalone form... to save you tiem in a description... we are looking for something similar to K3B @ <[login to view URL]> This is long term 'paid work' and will be done if at least 3 phases with 'ownership' of future additions and bug fixes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform XP and Linux now. OS X in a future phase.
