BT878 Driver

A BT878 driver is required to work with a BT878 Capture Card that has 4 Analogue Video Input ports. What will be provided is the card, an application a comparative BT878 Driver, source code for a sample test program to test the BT878 Driver. The GPIO ports must also be accesable via the driver What is required is the full source code for the BT878 driver including a sample program, with its source code and it must compare in speed to the sample application provided. In addtion what will also be provided is sample programs and the full technical specification of the BT878 chip. There are sample source code of the BT878 on the internet, which should aid development time. It is absolutley imperative that Bt878 driver is fast and effeicent, probaly C will have to be used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) Properly commented source code. ## Platform C or C++, Assembler can be used
