I'm looking for a coder who can write me a program that increases or decreases the tempo of an mp3 or CD without changing the pitch (all in real time).
Here's a summary of what is needed:
-Real-time altering the tempo of an mp3 or CD track (of a Cd that's in the CD-rom of the pc) without altering the pitch while remaining good sound quality.
-Real-time altering the pitch of an mp3 or CD track without altering the tempo and remaining good sound quality.
-The ability to make and play back loops in the song.
-Display a waveform that can be used as a control to change positions in the song.
-Display a timer xx:xx:xx
-File menu, options menu, help menu
-The speed, pitch and volume controls should be sliders.
-A transport bar with play/stop, rewind/forward, begin/end buttons.
-A nice visual design (graphics can be supplied by me).

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
