checking account homework project

This is part of a college homework assignment that I cannot get to work properly. I need a checking account program written in microsoft c++ verson6.0 that when a check number is entered in from the keyboard it will search a text file(in notepade) and find the check number and display to the screen the amount of the check and the descripion of the check. This will not be a window program so it will display to a doss screen when compiled and executed. The program must have the option to give the checking account balance. This is an example of what the program needs to read from the textfile. ( in notepad) 1 walmart $5.25 2 kmart $50.32 3 pizz hut $15.67 The program must search through as many check numbers as the user enters in from the textfile. Please make this as easy to understand as possible and as many descriptions as possible for I will be adding this program to my exsisting program. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform window's 98 and 2000 is the operating system. Once again this will be opening in a window's doss page. Not a window. ## Deadline information I need this project ASAP. The project is due 11-14-02 and i need this grade to graduate.
