component for resizing partitions

Hi, I need a component (will be used in an already existing delphi-app) for resizing partitions & creating partitions from free diskspace. Sample: If there is a drive C: with 40GB, and only 20GB are used, then the component must allow to create a new 20GB drive D: Result would be: C: 20GB D: 20GB Also formatting must be provided. This should run on all Windows versions: 9X/ME/NT/2K/XP and support all fileformats which are available, FAT/FAT32/NTFS/NTFS5 etc. Please only experienced bidders here, no standard-messages, they will be ignored.
