When the user invokes the program, he/she may optionally specify 1: an infile and an outfile name, 2: only an outfile name, 3: no name at all. If an infile is specified, the program shall read from that file data for input and then place the user at the main menu selection. If no outfile is specified, the data shall be output to a default file of data.out. NOTE: the file you output should be able to be used as input the next time you start the program. 2. Expand the array of pointers to player nodes to provide for 28 pointers. Each index in the array shall point to a linked list. When a player is entered, the node shall be attached to the index where other players of his team have already been attached.
