dll for opening, closing, and running files

What I need is a dll with these methods 1. closefile 2. openfile 3. runfile The file extensions will always be vbp, vbg, or exe. The purpose of this is there is a project I run that sometimes fail to do something. When I close out of the project and go back in then run it, its fine. Eventually I will compile the program. The runfile will open and run the VB project automatically. The openfile will only open the file (usually exe files). The closefile will close out of the file (usually VB projects) because if its an EXE, I just unload it and that's it. The parameters for it is the path of the file. Would prefer the dll to be coded with C++. Need the sample project to be in Visual Basic though. ## Deliverables 1. The source code and the compiled dll (preferably in C++) 2. The sample project so I can see how it works (source code only) The only files it will run is Visual Basic 6.0 Professional Edition Files. Would either be vbp (regular project), or vbg (group project). ## Platform Windows XP, Windows 2000
