CSS3 Transform Workaround for IE

We have created a webpage which uses a number of css3 transforms which are triggered by "on Target" navigation. Currently the web page does exactly what we need, however, one of the CSS3 properties we used is not supported by IE which renders it non-functional on that browser. There is a workaround for this, unfortunately, we are running short on time for the project and need someone to implement the workaround.
The problem is that the preserve-3d property does not work in IE. To workaround, the CSS transforms need to be moved to the child objects (in this case, the front and back of the envelope) and use transform perspective instead. Essentially, it's moving the two child objects at the same time in opposite directions rather than flipping the container.

This should be a 3-4hr project for an experienced CSS coder, please do not bid on this project unless you're very familiar with CSS Transitions, transforms, Perspective, etc.
