Custom Template and features for Bigcommerce website

Looking for a custom redesign template for my current website at [login to view URL] I need a inteactive social media ecommerce website that allows people to talk about the taste of our desserts and find out where they can buy them locally, etc. I need a text to order app or something similar that will allow my resellers to order online or via text. I need to let all our prospects know where they can purchase our products and also where they can a FREE sample cup to taste our delicious desserts. For example at festivals, parties, colleges, stores, weddings, carnivals, farmer's markets, etc. I need to integrate the social media experience. I need to get people talking.
