cms codeigniter website image uploading , re-arrange, dropping and draping problem

Its urgent!!! We are seeking someone who would like to very much familiar with css,javascript,jQuery,PHP,Codeigniter,mysql,ajax,Html,cms. We have a cms with codeigniter website. Whenever we are uploading multiple pictures then it is uploaded successfully. After uploaded pictures we can able to moving(re-arrange) picture position one to another position by dragging and dropping (manually). Problem: .................... you have to check whether it is working properly. Means..you have to check picture dragging and dropping option working good by manually. if you are face any problem with dropping and dragging then you have to fix up until it is working fine. please see the attachment [login to view URL] ..........................................
