C++ BotKiller - Computer Security

There is BotNets using ring3 rootkit, hooking techniques, viruses, exploit packs with single link clicking infections. I want a defense against all these that separates programs that are good and viruses that try to stick around. It should be able to run in the background and more features and name will be private.
