Covert MS Word List into Excel

Hello, I have a list of people's profiles (with contact info) in Microsoft Word, and I need the Word document converted into an Excel Spreadsheet. The Excel spreadsheet must have the following columns: - First Name - Last Name - Designation - Practice Name - Address - City - State - Zip - Phone - Fax - Email - Website - Areas of Emphasis The profiles for each person are slightly different (i.e. some have Websites and some do not, etc.). I've attached a sample of the first 2 pages worth of profiles - the real list is the same, except it's 207 pages long. After reviewing the sample list, please provide a precise timeframe and fixed cost bid for the project. I will choose a winner within 2 days. I will *only* accept bids from coders with at least a 9.0 feedback rating, and 25 completed projects on RAC. Nothing less will even be considered, so don't waste my time (or yours).
