Profile2 and Panels in Drupal 7

We are looking for a Drupal developer who can help us out implementing a Panels override with Profile2.
We want to split the page into two columns. Left being the original content from the Profile2 edit form, right being a rendered node. There are currently some bugs with CTools and Profile2 who are preventing us.
The solution (with code) for our problem has been posted on "[url removed, login to view]" but we cant seem to get the hang of it.
After this task there will be more opportunities for our current project.
