Airline reservation and Ticket Website and Backend in PHP/PostGreSQL for a small company. Software requirements: WEBSITE FRONT-END 1. Paypal, Moneybrokers and eventually other gateways (an easy plug-in system for future new payments options is required ??" like new .php files to copy in one specific folder) 4. E-ticketing ??" show the ticket on screen, ready to printed. 5. News ??" small news system with date, title, 1 photo upload, 2 main categories (for normal users and for agencies) 6. Mailinglist/Newsletter ??" with 2 main categories (for normal users and for agencies), with a box for the subscription. Every user that buy a flight must be automatically inserted in the mailing list. AGENCIES BACK-END 1. Agency’s fee included in the final price 2. Agency’s name printed on the ticket 3. Payment system: direct payment by on-line gateway (paypal and similar) + debit account system (to be defined with the client) AIRLINE WORKERS BACK-END 1. Insert, modify and delete airplanes (with seat number and other infos) 2. Insert, modify and delete routes 3. Insert, modify and delete flights 4. Passenger management 5. Ticket management (with multiple fares like “economy??, “business class??, etc.) 6. Agencies management 7. News management 8. Mailinglist/Newsletter management 9. Small reporting system (flights, passengers, earnings, etc.) The software must be MULTILANGUAGE (.xml or .php file with language’s variables), but the only required language is English. Other special features: 1. automatic feedback after the flight 2. automatic communications for flights modifications and cancellations by EMAIL and SMS (connected with an external gateway with his own API) No graphic or layout customization needed, we want only the platform’s code written in PHP/HTML with database PostGreSQL (if also MySql is supported, is better).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Internet explorer, firefox and other browsers. This system will need to serve as both the front end (Website) and backend system, as no other system will be used. We would prefer to receive BIDS from established companies that have already built online ticketing systems for the airline industry. So if you have done an airline site, let us know.
