Archive manager software(repost)

Please read the project on Deliverables. ## Deliverables Hi I need the following software made with PHP and Mysql. Please provide me with examples from your work on PHP and Mysql. Send me the links to them. The project: 1- Home page. Here it will ask a user name and password. 2- Admin page: From here you can create user names and passwords and cotrol the access permissions. (create, delete, edit, etc..) 3- Section 1 Historic archives: Here we will store historic files like pdf, doc, xls, etc.. - we need a page to upload each file plus 6 records with each file so later it can be search using a search engine for example: Client * Proyect * contract type * Type od ducoment * sector * description (this is a memo field to write long sentences) * the file to up load [login to view URL] We need an option to upload many files at the same time with all the information because we will need to up load about 8 gb of files and if we up load one by one it will take an eternity so I was thinking on a system to allow to upload about 15 files at the same time so I can start to up load all of them and return in 20 minutes and upload another 15. If you have a better idea for this please let me know. - We need a page to find files by any field or archive name and to be able to edit, delete. 3A- We need a search page for the Historic archives to be able to find any archive by searching by any field or multiple fields at the same time. After the document or documents are found I must be able to choose one document , download the file (make changes on word or exel etc..) and up load the file again. This search page must allow me to find files by a drop down menu for all the fields so I can search documents manually so for example I drop down client and a list of clients appear I choose IBM and it shows me all the files for IBM client then I go to the field projects and it shows me the list of projects and I choose one of the projects and shows me all the files for that project and for the rest of the fields the same drop down search. 4- Research Page Archives: It needs the same features as Historic Archives but with different name. 5- Contacts: I need a contacts database with search engine to look for customers. Name , address, telephone email etc... I need a search engine to find one customer or all the customer from one company it will be nice to have drop down properties too. 6- Archives on process: This part is to manage files where we are working right now. We need this part to be similar to a hard drive to allow me to create carpets, sub carpet + sub sub carpets etc.. with the customer name and store files in side each carpet I must be able to download or up load each file, delete. This is more like a hard drive but if you have a better idea please let me know. I need search engine fetures like historic documents for this part too. Note:This part of the work is like a web disk that I can see the drive on my pc on my computer openfiles from the internet and save files as it is a local hard drive on any pc as a external hard drive. Note: we will manage in total about 10 gb or more of files like .doc, xls, pdf etc so we need a robust application and we will up load files size 20 mb or more.
