Asian/indian themed Social networking site, similar to Hi5

The site audience will be Asians between the age 18-30. The site will be similar to Hi5 so you can connect friends from your hotmail account and send them invitations to join, once accepted you will then be able to see there profile connected to yours. I also want the site to allow users to edit their personal area, like the background, play differant songs etc. other feature i would like is a blogging feature, Secure site that i can then easily maintain, extensive future work will be offered to successful winner of the bid. The site should also have a advertising section that i can change weekly without to much hassle, i need i photo section of latest club nights.
