Need a quasi-auction site designed and developed. Nothing too flashy, but functional and professional. Requires database work, back-end management, reporting, dynamic documents, and merchant account incorporation. Please review the attached document and answer the following questions with your bid. Please allow flexibility within the document. This is the general scope and further documentation will be more specific and more in depth. All bids submitted WITHOUT answering these questions will be ignored: 1) How soon can you start? 2) Can you provide (here) a tentative list of deliverables and when they would be based on the attached document? 3) Can you provide example sites you have created (including any auction sites)? 4) Will you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement at the start of the project? 5) Have you done database work prior to this project? 6) Have you generated dynamic documents from the database on any previous projects (i.e. excel spreadsheets with client information or a word document containing billing information that pulls the name of the user, etc) 7) Have you incorporated merchant account/credit card processing on a previous project?
