Audio-Video Streaming Email

The purpose of this program is to develop two technologies for an audio / video email. The first phase of the project will be just audio and the second is to include audio and video through email. The objective is to send mass emails from a address file that provides an audio pre-recorded message and eventually a video one as well. This program is to allow a President or an executive of a company to personalize an email message to his employee’s buy using their first name. A President will also record in his or her own voice a message that will also appear as text in the email. They are just reading the message. After the user clicks on a button it will play the audio message and eventually the audio and video when the program is activated. This program is to personalize a email to make it a more enriching experience for the end user. Even thought the President of a company will not know all the employees it will appear as so. All emails will address the email recipient by their first name. In conclusion this program will allow an individual to pre-record first names that will link to an email address file of some type, whereby a full message will be pre-recorded and held on a server. Then added for the full delivery of a email personalizing it by the end user hearing their first name and the full message in the President’s or executives voice. The message will also show up as text in the email. The second phase of the program will be to replace the voice / audio feature with video. See the zip file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This should be a windows based program. Or at best work with windows and Outlook.
