Basic HTML Template Design

The Florida Young Democrats, a political organization dedicated to representing, educating and turning out young voters is building up our permanent infrastructure.? As part of that project, we are in need of an HTML template that we can use for basic HTML emails.? ? I have enough html experience to do and maintain basic coding once it is set up, but neither the expertise, nor the knowledge or time to create a template on my own from scratch, especially given that I don't have any design software. So what I need is a good looking, multi-functional and easy to manipulate html email template that includes our logo (but maybe in a way that it can be changed in case we want to use an alternate logo for special campaigns), and a nice graphic.? I would like it to be professional looking, clean and streamlined, but also something that would appeal to 18-36-year-olds, our target demographic.? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I need the html template to work and look good in all major web based email hosts as well as with email preview programs like outlook, entorage and mail. I need it to be editable using a basic text editor on a pc or mac. (I use both platforms.)
