Betfair Laying Bot

I require a Betfair API (to work on the free API) bot for laying and/or backing horses. The bot must be able to import bets on an ongoing daily basis from a website (you must create the link that will allow this to happen) and then place the bets via the bot.
The bot is intended to be sold and therefore must be able to be downloaded by the end user from a website (you must create the links for this) to their own [url removed, login to view] must be the ability to offer a free 3 day trial which will be terminated if the end user does not purchase the bot. If the end user does purchase then there must be an automatic function for the bot to remain with them. It is intended that the end user will pay a one off fee for the bot.
Whilst running the bot must check with the website every 5 minutes to see if there are updated bets that should be placed.
The bot must:
1 allow the end user to set the minimum and maximum odds at which the end user wishes to place bets.
2 have a stop at profit/loss action.
3 stop after so many wins/losses action.
4 Have a start/stop facility.
5 a display to show what bets have been imported and what the results are.
6 a profit/loss display on the screen.
7 a current betfair balance display on the screen.
8 only allow Betfairs maximum hits per minute on the free API.
9allow upgrades to be made if the Betfair servers change.
10 have a start betting at at so many seconds before the off as specified by the end user. It must then have the ability to keep checking tyhe odds if it is not matched immediately until the market is "suspended" at the start of the race. It must then have a separate button if the end user wishes it to go "in-play". There must also be an "inplay only" button.
The bot must be made in such a format that I can sell it from more than 1 website and change the name of the bot. I must also be able to change the website from where the tips are being imported on a daily basis.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
