Blackberry App (Storm)

We need for our company an app on the blackberry that would act like an auto attendant.

It would play a greeting message and have options for the caller to choose. The owner of the app could decide how many extensions and what each extension is for and how to connect.

There would be hour options with different messages depending on hours (working hours and closed hours)

- auto answer calls and plays the auto attedant.

- auto attedant would have hours option (open and close) which of course would play a different greeting message. In open and close they would have different extension choices too.

example in open they could be forwarded live to someone or hear recorded information about our services depening on the extension they choose. example in close they couldnt take to anyone becasue I'm closed but they could choose extensions of pre recorded messages about our service or leave a message.

- if application is not enabled the cell phone would ring like normal.

- when i call comes in I would need it to display it's information .. caller id , address , name . ( [url removed, login to view] )

- be able to easily save the information caller id , address and name into our agenda if a customer books an appt.(agenda option)

- in extenions I need to be able to forward calls where I want (my home phone number , another cell , to voice mail , to another pre recored message with more extension options)

- play on hold music when customer on hold during a call

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
