Buffy Website I need Help!

I am a college student that needs a easy website to promote a cookbook I am working on for a school project fund raiser. This is for a Buffy the vampire slayer recipe book. I just want a gothic looking page that has a order, contact and a links, submit a recipe, win a copy... buttons and have it describing the book. I need this in 2 weeks. All I can pay is 50.00 for this. I want it to have the feel of the buffy websites so must look nice but gothic. You can find the buffy fonts on the web and a million Buffy pictures and a million Buffy examples out there in cyberland. The Recipe book is called The Slayer's Recipe Journals.
