CSS Masters wanted

We have several websites based on a ruby on rails framework. We are looking for people that can take a photoshop file, in layers... (from our designer) and export it all and set up the CSS file that will be needed to integrate the design into our application. This could turn into several "skins" for 2 different CRM applications that we are working on. There are 3 sites now (with more to come) that use this system. We are waiting for our designer to feed us the photoshop files but want to have the process of selecting the person who will "cut and paste" it into the website. for more info on the coder behind the project, visit his blog [login to view URL] -----------UPDATE------------ I'm posting several jpg's that are mock up's of the client bidding system. This should help give you an idea of the overall scope of the project. While there are many dynamically driven sub sections, they will basically all follow the same framework and layout. Please review the attached ZIP file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CSS needs to be validated on all major browsers IE / Firefox / Safari / Opera
