CSS development for a working HTML(repost)

We need a CSS document to adapt a HTML to a customer look & feel site. We have developed several user services for their static site with a plain vanilla look & feel and just need the CSS to deploy our dynamic services application. In this bid we supply several screen captures of the look&feel we want along with some static HTML where the new CSS document will be applied. HTML should not be changed; only very minor changes can be made by our side at developer request and only with our aproval. Developer can also examine HTML in our test server. We'll supply URL and account access to the test aplication after the project has been assigned to a developer. Different CSS classes used in HTML must have the same look&feel; for example: [login to view URL] table caption [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] form legend ## Deliverables CSS file to be applied on supplied HTML and needed graphic files. No HTML must be delivered. CSS file will be applied locally and on the test server. ## Platform CSS document with graphics (graphics used in static corporate site will be supplied after the project has been assigned to a developer to minimize graphic workload) CSS+HTML will be tested on Windows (Explorer / Mozill) and Mac (Safari & Mozilla)
