CSS guru required for script revision

i need a CSS guru to modify a stylesheet. It does not work correctly at present, but should only require some minor modifications by someone who knows what they are doing. the page is at: [login to view URL] The basic problem is that i have a table with three cells across the page, left navigation, main data, and right side of page(not sure what for yet). inside the cells i used css box styles to position the data on the page, I have tried to balance the page so that it fits 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions, but i get an overlap with left navigation and main data, and also on copyrights at foot of page, at 800x600 or when the page is minimized. So i guess the problem is one of positioning and of auto resizing to fit screen resolutions. I do not require any fancy designs, the three boxes will be all i need, and these will probably have no borders anyway but will only be used to position the data from the DB. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
