CSS styles from specs - CSS only

What i have is a conceptual set of pages, what i need is the css of these template pages, no graphics, no html, no copy, no images, just the css. Mainly the content is what would be done with tables in html, box inside box in side box etc. The 6 pages are spec'ed out and are jpg files, all boxes are coloured to make it easy to see where they fit. The pages needs to be vertically & horizontally centered, the boxes are all percentages, so a resize does not affect the user negatively. Commented code is required, and it should validate (css2) Also there needs to exist a menu system in the left box, see [login to view URL] (Horizontal Drop & Pop Menu) All overlaid boxes need to be METHOD 1 - USING OPACITY from [login to view URL] The page background is black. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This needs to be tested using IE 6, and firefox 1.5, these are the test standards. Windows XP and if possible mac, and linux.
