Client Account System for Property Website

JMI is a buy-to-let property services company which takes all the hassle out buy-to-let for investors. JMI has CLIENTS who buy PROPERTY against which they generate TRANSACTIONS (rent payments, maintenance fees, commission etc). The aim of this project is to establish a log-in area in the site where clients can view transactions relating to their property - this should read like an on-line bank statement which they can print out. They will be able to filter by property (they could own more than one), by transaction type (payments only, charges only, both) and by date (specify a period). There will be a secure Admin section which will allow JMI staff to establish/record new clients, properties and transactions - they should also be able to edit and delete records. I will provide you with the site templete which should be used for all pages. ## Deliverables The project should use PHP/MySQL and should be developed using Dreamweaver - this is so that I can make further changes to is as needed later on using Dreamweaver's built in Server Behaviours/record sets etc. When admin records a payment, they should be able to auto-send an e-mail to the client with details of the transaction along with a marketing message. The code should be clearly documented. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MYSQL/Apache Developed using Dreamweaver
