Consultant for little projects needed

I run a small business that uses some 10 websites. I need little things to be done all the time. Change a price, add a product, rearrange items, change colors, sizes, I probably need something chamged once a week. Right now I have some 20 small changes I need and I want to develop some 5 new websites. Simple websites. Nothing fancy. I usually prepare all the content in Word, pictures in jpg, and its up to you, my consultant, to put it up online and make it look good. I am not choosy. I am easy to please. Sometimes the project is to change a price inside a website. This should take just a few minutes. Sometimes it is to set up a website with 5 pages, a simple menu, links, something that takes a few hours. I need someone who is good at English. I don't need a Harvard graduate here, but definitely someone who communicates well and clearly. I need someone honest cause they will end up getting all sorts of confidential information. You will have to furnish me with references of clients I can email and call, and those clients should also speak English. Over a year's time, I'll probably end up paying you my consultant some $ 100 to $ 500 to $ 1000, depending on what comes up. I need someone who is stable and happy with this flexible arrangement. Someone who is bound to continue being there for me throughout the years. If I need a fancy website later on (with databases, etc.) its OK if you are not perfect, I will then use you as the project manager and you will manage the database expert. But I think most of my needs are "simple." A description, a price, perhaps order online (I used to have that). Does not matter what country you are in. You English should be good. I need a person who will be there in this flexible capacity. My projects are seldom urgent, but whan I want something I don't want to wait weeks. I guess the right person for this activity is doing this kind of thing for many people already. References are a must. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I have a Mac but you don't have to.
