Okay so I need two contact forms, the infromation from each of them will be stored in a database, form one will be called "Employers" form two will be called "Employees". There will be an admin where the data that has been entered on each form can be viewed (it will be split up for each). There should also be a simple search function (which will search all data field for all users and return results). For example I would log in to the admin see two links Employers and Employees, if I click Employees I will then be take to a page that shows all the employees that have filled out the form showing name, and date (sorted by date, 10 per page), name will beclickable to view all the details that were entered for this user. In addition to all the data collected there will be a checkbox that says "Has this customer been contacted" it starts by default unchecked. This leads to there also being the ability for the admin to "view allun-contacted" or "view all contacted" The Employer form will collect * Name * Position * Phone Number * Address * Company Name * E-mail * Type of Business * # of Employees * Hiring Needs (text box) The Employee form will collect * Name * Phone Number * Email * Address * Profession * Education * English Skill Level * About Yourself (text box) * Resume (upload form, only .doc, or pdf) [this resume would be viewable with a download link form the admin] After submitting the form they will be taken to a thank-you page Whenever a user fills out and submits a form the system will store the data and send an notification email to the emails I specific (through the admin)
